Refund Policy for Everything We Sell Online
This covers every paid product on this site: the USAJOBS Guide & Workbook for Veterans, the business plans, the Kansas LLC Formation Guide, the Veteran Entrepreneur Launch System, and Make It Your Town. They are digital files, checked out through Payhip.
7 days, full refund
If you ask for a refund within 7 days of the purchase date, you get the full price you paid back. You do not need to give a reason and you do not need to return or delete anything.
How to ask
Email schott.richard@vsgsolutions.org from the address you used at checkout, or send the order number from your Payhip receipt. Put “Refund” in the subject line. I reply within 2 business days.
How you get paid back
The refund goes back to the card or account you paid with, through Payhip, the checkout service that processed your payment. Your bank decides how long it takes to show up, usually a few business days.
Two special cases
The USAJOBS guide includes one free 20–30 minute walkthrough call. It is a bonus, not a separate charge, so if you take the call and still ask inside the 7 days, the refund is the full $30. Make It Your Town includes custom research for one trade in one zip code. Once I have emailed you that research it cannot be returned, so it is no longer refundable after that.
After 7 days
After 7 days I do not refund a purchase, with one exception: if the file will not open or is missing pages, I will fix it or refund you, at any time.
What our products are not
They are general information and guidance. They do not promise you a job, a score, or that a business will succeed or make money. A refund is available because of that, not despite it.
What the Free Material Is, and Is Not

Not the VA, not a VSO
Veteran's Strategic Solutions LLC is not part of, and is not endorsed by, the Department of Veterans Affairs or any government agency. We are not an accredited Veterans Service Organization, and we do not file or prepare VA claims. Never pay anyone to file a VA claim. For free, accredited help, contact a county Veterans Service Officer, DAV, VFW, American Legion or AMVETS.
Check before you rely on it
Benefit rules, dollar amounts and deadlines change. Each page carries a last-checked date and a link to the official source. Confirm there before you act, especially on money, deadlines or a claim. Calculators give estimates, not decisions.

Written agreement first
Prices, dates, deliverables and cancellation terms for these services are set out in a written agreement that you receive and accept before any payment. If something in that agreement differs from this page, the agreement controls for that service.
No promised outcomes
I can organize a fair or advise a business, but I cannot promise how many people attend, how many hires result, or how much a business earns. We do not guarantee outcomes.
Job seekers pay nothing
Employers pay me. Veterans never pay to be listed, matched or introduced. I am not a staffing agency and I do not take a cut of anyone's wages. Joining the job-matching list does not guarantee a job or an interview.
SkillBridge Quick Fix ($150) and Program Build ($600). These are paid up front through Square instead of a written agreement. If you ask before the work starts, you get the full price back; once the work has started, I do not refund it. If I do not email you within one business day of your payment, you get a full refund, whenever you ask.
Employer job posting ($65 a month). Four job postings per monthly period, which starts the day your plan starts. Once the four are used, new postings wait until the plan renews. Billed monthly through Square after we confirm your jobs. The plan renews each month until you cancel. To cancel, send us one message before your next billing date. We cannot promise views, applicants or hires.
