For Soldiers, veterans, spouses and local community members
You know the drill. Upload your resume. Type in everything the resume already says. Find a job. Get sent to the company site. Do the whole thing over again. I am not doing that to you. Tell me your MOS, when you get out, and what you are certified on — once. When a company comes to me looking for exactly that, I send you the opening. Six questions, about two minutes.
I spent two years inside the Fort Riley transition office. On one side of the table were Soldiers applying to job after job and hearing nothing back. On the other side were employers telling me they could not find anybody — while the person they wanted was standing in my building. That is a broken pipe, and I am fixing it from the outside now.
Step one
Six questions below. That is the whole thing. You never fill it in again, anywhere.
Step two
An employer comes to me needing your exact skill set — mechanics, drivers, logistics, IT, whatever it is.
Step three
The actual opening, straight to you. Not a newsletter. Not a board you have to go search.
Step four
Tell me you are hired and I take you off. Nothing renews on its own.
I do not collect resumes. There is no account to create and no password to lose. I do not run you through a screening process, I do not sell your information to anyone, and I do not send you advertising. What you tell me is used for one thing: matching you to an opening. Want off the list? One message and you are off.
Six questions. Nothing to upload.
